Services

UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning provides commercial janitorial and facility cleaning services for offices, medical facilities, common areas, and other commercial properties. Service details, schedules, and pricing will be outlined within individual proposals or service agreements.

Estimates & Proposals

All proposals and pricing provided by UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning are based on the information available at the time of the walkthrough or consultation. Pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or if additional services are requested.

Payments

Invoices are issued electronically unless otherwise requested. Payment terms are outlined within the signed service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may result in:

Suspension of services

Termination of services

Additional Services

Services requested outside the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges. Examples include:

Carpet cleaning

Floor stripping and waxing

Deep cleaning

Emergency cleanup services

Access to Property

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times. UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by restricted access, alarm issues, utility interruptions, or unsafe conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients are responsible for supplying restroom consumable products such as:

Toilet paper

Paper towels

Hand soap

Trash liners

These items may be supplied by UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning for an additional fee upon request.

Service Concerns

If there are concerns regarding cleaning quality or service performance, clients should notify UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning within 24–48 hours when possible so corrective action may be taken promptly.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate recurring services with written notice as outlined in the signed service agreement.

UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to:

Nonpayment

Unsafe working conditions

Repeated access issues

Violations of agreed service terms

Liability

UpstateNY Commercial Cleaning is fully insured. While we take every precaution to provide safe and professional services, we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by faulty equipment or building conditions outside of our control

Any claims regarding damage must be reported promptly.
